What are your guarantees?

SMEICORP has been registered with the Perpignan Trade and Companies Register since 2007: RCS 489 807 107.

What are your means of payment ?

Payment is made to SMEICORP which has several shops including A Mes Amours
We offer secure payment by credit card without us having access to your bank details, it is done automatically on the computers of the company Paybox certified compliant with PCI / DSS Standard (learn more). Also, we accept payment by Paypal account.
 

What are your delivery times ?

The shipment of an order for products in stock, placed before 11:00 pm on a working day, is usually done the same day as soon as the payment is validated. How do I follow the delivery of my package ?

Before shipment, you can find out the status of your order by logging into your Online Account, Orders section.
As soon as the order is shipped, a parcel tracking number is indicated on your Account and allows you to track the progress of your order.
 

Are the envelopes and payment discreet ?

All orders are shipped in classic boxes or discreet bubble envelopes, in the name of "SMEICORP" and do not contain any mention concerning their content or the name of the site. Similarly, all payments made on our site are credited on behalf of SMEICORP. Therefore, a debit in the name of SMEICORP will appear on your bank statement.

Why doesn't my discount apply to the basket / the whole basket ?

Discounts are not cumulative.

A product is missing from my order

Your order may have been sent in two packages due to the unavailability of one of the items, you can check it on the invoice accompanying your package. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible.
 

Do you have a store and / or catalog ?

We only sell online. Given the constant renewal of collections and the frequent addition of new products, we do not publish a catalog.
